To provide the most effective session, please complete the following before your appointment:
1. Your Focus: Physical or Emotional Areas You’d Like Help With (Re)
Please describe any areas where you feel discomfort, imbalance, or tension.
Examples: stress, fatigue, pain, sleep issues, emotional tension, etc.
If you’re unsure, I will intuitively scan your energy field and focus on areas that appear blocked.
2. Recent Photo (Required)
Please attach a recent waist-up photo of yourself (mask or glasses are fine).
This helps me connect more accurately with your energy during the session.
3. Relevant Background (Optional)
Share any information that may help me work more effectively:
Health history, sensitivities, medications, or ongoing treatments
Anything else you feel is important for me to know
